Randstad Sourceright, a subsidiary of the Randstad Group, supports large national and international companies by managing all or part of their workforce processes within their Human Resources departments.As a Talent Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting recruitment operations across multiple regions for a fast-growing organization.Your Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment process for live roles in a fast-growing/hiring company across multiple regions.Produce reporting documents and monitor supplier performance.Manage the client and supplier relationship throughout the entire process.Handle staffing requests from the client.Ensure the accurate distribution and follow-up of staffing needs to approved suppliers.Review and validate supplier invoices.Your Profile:Solid hands-on experience in recruitment or staffing, preferably in an agency environment.You are known for your proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality standards with both clients and suppliers.Proficient in Google Drive tools and the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).You’re eager to join a positive, motivated, and collaborative team.Location: Hungary, Poland, or Romania.
