By establishing a deep understanding of the client’s employer brand guidelines, you, as our subject matter expert will develop engaging brand-compliant content and assets to attract and engage potential candidates. Through consistency in messaging and design elements you will ensure that our client’s value proposition and employer brand identity is evident across all of our chosen advertising and communications channels.What you’ll do:

  • Create content for different recruitment marketing channels, including Social Media, LinkedIn and other programmatic channels
  • Create newsletters (from existing and/or provided content)
  • Produce branded material in-line with client guidelines such as video, display banners, quote cards, information sheets
  • Produce event material such as imagery, pull up banners, merchandise and platform set up activity
  • Provide accurate and timely performance and budget data and related information & analysis for regular and ad hoc reports in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Build collaborative relationships within the Talent Attraction team

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide day to day support to colleagues within the content and production team, such as writing copy or creating digital assets, within the required deadlines
  • Use relevant design tools such as Canva to create recruitment marketing content, copy, and assets to be used in job adverts, passive sourcing tools, and digital marketing campaigns
  • Ensure all content and assets adhere to Employer Brand and Tone of Voice guidelines
  • Use recruitment marketing best practice to create best-in-class content
  • Update and manage work requests in the system, such as Monday.com and activity trackers
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Team to understand which campaigns are working well and optimise content as required
  • Provide data and initial analysis to support attraction channel conversations and budget management
  • Ensure Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) best practice is considered in all activities

Skills & Experience

  • Exceptional written English communication skills with right-first-time attention to detail and the ability to proof-read and edit different types of content for accuracy and consistency
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging written content in English, across multiple platforms such as social media and newsletters.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, taking direction from senior team members while also contributing ideas and solutions independently
  • Time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines effectively
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and trends, with an understanding of how to leverage each platform’s unique features for content distribution
  • Experience in content creation, asset production, copywriting, or digital marketing
  • Experience in gathering data and using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to present information
