- Deliver and design learning courses
- Develop, deliver, and facilitate technology and complex module-based training programs
- Keep abreast with changes and introduce new L&D methods and methodologies
- Plan and coordinate with external vendors, if required
- Web-based and blended training program management
- Talent Development Management of the Programs:
- Plan and schedule technology training programs for the center
- Consolidate the technology Learning Requirements
- Measure the learning program’s effectiveness
- Collaborate with all stakeholders to improve the learning and training effectiveness
- Tracking and administration of the budget
- Management of the Competency and Learning Management System
- Continuous monitoring of the competency level in the Delivery Center
- Driving Professional Certification Programs
- External vendor identification, evaluation, and management
- Understand best practices in the market and identify potential skills needed for the future business plan and plan for appropriate action
- Web-based and blended training program management
- Business Partnership:
- Collaborate with the business and support learning requirements as a Business Partner
- Collect and ensure the meeting of the training requirements for the supported business unit to develop the center into a Technology center from a Language center
- Harmonize the training needs of the unit into the existing training programs
- Work together with the leaders of the unit to spread the culture of learning in the unit
- Track the learning performance of the different business unit
- Faculty Development:
- Identify the skill and knowledge gaps of existing faculty and conduct development programs
- Identify faculty across the organization
- Reports :
- Establish, review and refine monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual Learning Calendar for the center for reporting purposes
- Talent Development Process Development and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with the processes and suggest process improvements
- Ensure measurement tracking and compliance to metrics defined
- Periodically evaluate the training delivery to measure the training effectiveness
- Maintain quality records for audit requirements and take corrective and preventive actions accordingly
- Other tasks:
- Participating in meetings and training, including external conferences as well and implementing best practices
- Participating in and providing information, and data for audits when needed
- Run communication and information-sharing sessions on the topic mentioned above based on the need of the relevant audience (e.g. managers, all employees, etc.)
- The HR or talent development-related tasks that might occur as a request from the HR Head or the Talent Development Head
- Act as a backup person for the Talent Development Head to fulfill technology learning requirements
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming
- Good knowledge of Python and Java
- Good Proficiency with Front-End Web Development skills
- Corporate training experience
- English knowledge on a business level
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- College or University Degree
- Candidate needs to be to be currently eligible to work in Hungary
