• Lead Talent Acquisition Strategy – Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract and retain high-calibre talent for senior leadership roles.

• Proactively Source Top Talent – Build a strong pipeline of future leaders, leveraging networking, headhunting, and market research.

• Enhance Employer Branding – Position Sodexo Live! as an employer of choice in the hospitality sector through targeted campaigns and industry engagement.

• Stakeholder Collaboration – Partner with HR leaders and department heads to align recruitment efforts with business needs.

• End-to-End Recruitment – Manage the entire hiring process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

• Drive Internal Mobility – Support career growth within the business by developing internal mobility programs and succession plans.

What You Will Bring

• Proven experience in senior-level recruitment, preferably within the hospitality industry.

• A strong network of industry professionals and knowledge of market trends.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience using ATS and recruitment technology to optimise hiring processes.
