This system connects call centres of 190 posts worldwide. Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality, timing, and performance standards and assessing risks
• Develop and maintain communication structures with all internal and external stakeholders (i.e., users), both from a technology and business perspective
• Ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables (this includes system documentation, a suite of reports, and a training program)
• Report project status, outcomes, and risks to the appropriate management. Escalate issues, as necessary, according to the project work plan

Requirements

• Five or more years of project management experience
• Advanced level of English, both written and verbal
• Experience with projects around the development of software platforms and/or communication tools
• Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent presentation skills
• Professional certification such as PMP or Prince2
• Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen abilities and skills
• Experience with a ticketing system (Jira preferred) and collaboration systems (Confluence preferred) is a plus
