If you love working with people and making the connection between great talent and company success, we want to connect with you.About this Role:This Talent Sourcer focuses on proactively identifying, engaging, and evaluating a pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs across Global Business Recruiting and Consulting. Sourcing strategies include mining online candidate databases, social media sites (such as LinkedIn Recruiter), Boolean keyword searching, and analyzing market data to identify top talent. If you love the thrill of the hunt to match candidates with their next career opportunity, building rapport with passive and hard to find candidates, and thrive delivering on metrics- this role is for you.What you’ll do:● Source potential and passive candidates through direct applicant channels, Gartner’s CRM, referrals, professional social media sites, extensive lead generation research and relationship building● Generate candidate interest through creative marketing and social media messaging by clearly articulating the Gartner value proposition● Utilize programmatic approach to engaged talent for open roles and building pipeline (campaign management)● Prequalify potential candidates to determine their qualifications through phone interviewing, trait assessments, and behavioral based interviewing● Develop and cultivate a pipeline of talent for current role and future hiring needs● Build strong trust-based value add relationships with recruiters & hiring managers to understand business needs and alignment strategy● Conduct market mapping and market intelligence● Continually expand network through leveraging user groups, blogs and networking eventsWhat you’ll need:● Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years Recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience required● Strong research and candidate generation skills● Business Development and/or Sales experience a plus● Familiarity with current direct sourcing techniques and ability to remain current with developing new processes and strategies.Who you are:● Effective and professional communicator with an ability to influence● Creative thinker, a problem solver who demonstrates curiosity and innovation● Builder of networks through professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn or other candidate cultivation methods.● Social media savvy / User of market intelligence● Driven for excellence, thrives in performance-focused environments with an emphasis on metrics, goals, and insights.● Values culture, collaboration, and building strong relationships through various channels.● Organized with CRM or Applicant Tracking Systems and processes● Resourceful and showcases the ability to be change agileWhat we offer:● A seat to the table to help drive peak performance in a growing, people business● Encouragement to be innovative and challenge the status quo● Exposure to industry leading training and development● Performance based recognition and rewardsWho are we?At Gartner, Inc.
