The Tax and Accounting Coordinator supervises Tax & Accounting processes to ensure compliance with local and group accounting standards, legislation and reporting timeliness. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

-Coordinate operational processes for accurate accounting records for both group & statutory ledgers

-Lead tax compliance (responsible for accurate preparation of tax related returns and profit tax calculations; conducts investigations and analyzes related to the fiscal aspects of different internal projects; monitor the changes of legislation to evaluate the impact for the company etc.)

-Is a key contact to external auditors and local tax authorities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations

-Is responsible for permanent process improvement of existing tax & accounting processes

-Coordinate month-end closing accounting activities and own year-end inventory process 

-Provide guidance to different internal stakeholders on tax and accounting matters

SKILLS & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE

Required

-Experience in statutory accounting with involvement in tax compliance 

-Stakeholder management skills

-Accounting studies

Preferred

-Experience in working with US GAAP and SAP 

-CCF, CECCAR, ACCA or CIMA – minimum work in progress
