Job Summary The Tax Compliance Analyst will support the tax compliance for the EMEA region. You will be tasked with the oversight of tax compliance and provide support to the EMEA tax team on tax audits and tax advisory projects. Key responsibilities include engagement with tax advisors, tax authorities and ensure timely execution of compliance activities.Job Description:

• Ensure IFF tax compliance obligations for various EMEA countries are met – support data collection, review tax returns before submission, work with tax advisor to ensure timely filing of tax return, review of assessments received and ensure timely payment of assessments.
• Point of contact for tax advisors and local tax authorities on compliance matters.
• Explore opportunities with the business in obtaining local tax incentive/cash grants.
• Recommend improvements to tax related IT-systems and internal controls.
• Identify tax risk and ensure compliance with IFF tax governance and risk management frameworks.

Job requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Tax Law, or Economics
• Around 3 – 5-years’ experience in a tax position with a public accounting firm, trust firm or MNC tax department
• Familiar with European and International tax rules
• Prior experience with international and or tax compliance is required.
• Fluent in English, Spanish / German / French is a bonus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / PowerPoint, and relevant exposure in using tax and accounting solutions will be an advantage.
