Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive.Your Role Accountabilities:Deliver world class / proactive customer service to internal and external stakeholders while adhering to company policies and proceduresSupport T&E and Corporate Card processes to ensure operational success (i.e. review of employee claims is timely and accurately assigned based on accounting rules (Tax related), corporate card activation, deactivation, amendment request etc.)Communicate complex issues and effectively handle difficult customer requests to maximize productivity, resolution and effectivenessHandle escalated and time sensitive requests for PTP activityProduce T&E and Corporate card reporting to support operational needs · Support integration and onboarding of new acquisitions into Warner Bros. Discovery processes and systemsSupport audit and other SOX & internal control requirements from Statutory and Internal AuditorsIn-depth knowledge of Warner Bros.
