Vision for Education are working closely with a Primary school in the Ramsey area to find a Teaching Assistant to work on a 1-1 with a child in Year 2 with special educational needs.About the roleYou will be working closely on a 1:1 basis with a pupil with special educational needs, experience of working with children with SEND would be highly beneficial. The ideal candidate will be patient and kind and willing to identify triggers for negative behaviour choices. Someone who is willing to create a routine and environment for the child that is safe, comfortable and conducive to learning. This is a full time role from Monday-Friday as there is a strong need for consistency. You will be working on a 1-1 basis in the moring and supporting children in other parts of the school in the afternoon.About the SchoolThis is a popular school in the Ramseys area of Cambridgeshire where staff are commited to ensuring the best outcomes for the children in their care.Requirements:

• Knowledge and/or experience with children with special educational needs
• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in childcare
• To be patient, kind and resilient
• To be willing to process or have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service

Salary£89 to £100 per day.As a valued employee of Vision for Education, you will receive:
