We are currently recruiting for a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join a supportive secondary school in Wellingborough.

Supporting teachers with classroom activities and learning resources

Providing one-to-one and small group support to students

Assisting with SEN and additional learning needs

Helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment

A recognised Level 2 (or equivalent) Teaching Assistant qualification

Previous classroom or child support experience (paid or voluntary)

A passion for helping students succeed academically and socially

Strong communication and teamwork skills
