• Support students with Autism in both group and one-to-one settings.
• Assist in the development and delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons.
• Provide personal care where necessary, ensuring the students’ well-being and safety.
• Support the students in developing social skills, independence, and confidence.
• Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team, including teachers, therapists, and support staff.

About the schoolAbout the RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for a Special Needs Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic and supportive team working across two sites in North West London. You will be supporting pupils with Autism across the Post 16 site in Neasden, North West LondonThe role involves working with students aged 16-25 who have Autism, supporting them in their academic and personal development. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team and will have the chance to develop your expertise across both the primary and secondary age range.The school is committed to providing a caring and inclusive environment where all students can thrive. Staff work closely together to ensure students are supported to achieve their full potential, fostering a safe and nurturing atmosphere.RequirementsTo be considered for the role of Teaching Assistant (Post 16) you will:

• Experience working within SEND setting

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

• Child and Adult DBS
