British Council is seeking a skilled Teaching Operations Manager to oversee and optimise teaching operations across Poland. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in operations and cost management, who thrives in a dynamic, service-focused environment. Key responsibilities include: Translating regional strategies into actionable operational plans Managing logistics, timetabling, academic calendars, and teaching resources Overseeing budgets, financial records, and freelance staff administration Ensuring compliance with safeguarding, risk, and financial protocols Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Leading and developing the country operations team The ideal candidate will have: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any subject area Proven experience in operations and cost management A track record of successful business process improvement Strong communication skills in both Polish and English (C1 level) Experience in teaching operations or working within a dispersed team (desirable) Further Information: • Must have the permanent right to live and work in Poland • Salary: from 8 200 to 10 045 PLN gross monthly • Contract: One years fixed term contract with a possibility of extension • Location: Warsaw, Poland • Closing Date: August 10, 2025, 23:59 CET This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global organisation and play a key role in shaping the future of English language education in Poland.
