The Role

We are seeking a Team Assistant to support our Nonfiction Content team based in Paris (France). The successful candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, quick-thinking, flexible, and able to pivot when necessary. This role will juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization and unwavering attention to detail at all times. This will be a demanding and fast-moving role that requires someone who is proactive and solution-oriented.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Support the Series team with complex calendar management, maintaining an agile approach to changing needs and priorities.
• Schedule and confirm meetings both internally and externally and often with creative talent.
• Coordinate logistics / technical set-up for content partner meetings.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, both domestically and internationally for Netflix executives.
• Administrative duties around processing travel and expense reports, file management, etc.
• Communicate to relevant stakeholders internally and externally.
• Work collaboratively with Assistants in our wider EMEA teams and UCAN.
• Be the team’s go-to person for tools for both internal and external systems.
• Support the team with ad hoc projects such as building presentations.
• Work on building and running offsites.
• Liaise with high-profile talent and coordinate gifting for partners.

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years as an assistant supporting multiple senior-level executives in a corporate or production environment ideally with a media background.
• Team player who operates in a fast-paced team-oriented setting.
• Ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information.
• Demonstrates flexibility towards work such as responding after hours for important, timely, or urgent matters.
• Understanding of how to prioritize and respond accordingly.
• Fluency in English and French is required for this role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Google Mail.
