About the Role
Be part of a leading technology company driving the Smart Edge revolution with innovative silicon and software solutions. As a member of the Wireless IoT group, you’ll join the Hardware Radio team in Athens—formed after the acquisition of MEICSi—and lead the design of next-generation wireless technologies including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and UWB. In this management role, you’ll oversee team planning, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful project execution within a dynamic and agile development environment.
Key Responsibilities

-Lead and coordinate team tasks to ensure proper project alignment.
-Provide technical support and review circuits developed by the team.
-Design and verify analog and mixed-signal blocks in CMOS technologies.
-Collaborate with Layout Engineers and conduct detailed layout reviews.
-Produce documentation and participate in technical design reviews.
-Support post-silicon validation and debugging using lab measurements.Requirements

-Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field, with a focus on analog circuit design.
-5+ years of experience in Analog and Mixed-Signal IC Design in nanometer CMOS/FinFET processes.
-Experience with circuits such as ADCs, DACs, VCOs, ring oscillators, frequency dividers, analog filters, RSSI, AGC loops, voltage regulators, and bandgap references.
-Strong knowledge of low-power, low-voltage CMOS design techniques.
-Proficient in using Cadence IC design tools.
-Skilled in writing technical documentation and design reports.
-Understanding of wireless transceiver system architecture and PLL systems.
-Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
-Flexible, organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
-Fluent in English.Advantageous Skills
