• Manage marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful execution.
• Lead the marketing team and motivate team members to deliver their best performance.
• Coordinate and communicate with various departments to ensure that all projects run smoothly and meet set goals.
• Oversee daily online marketing activities and ensure they are aligned with the company’s overarching strategy.
• Using marketing knowledge to improve the effectiveness of campaigns and identify new opportunities.
• Working with data to inform decisions and analyze results, thus continuously optimizing the marketing strategy.

Ideal Profile

• Experience in project management, preferably in a marketing environment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Analytical thinking skills and the ability to understand complex information and translate it into action-oriented plans.
• Independence and proactivity, with the ability to show initiative and work solution-oriented.
• Structure and the ability to maintain an overview, even in a rapidly changing environment.
