76033822Your responsibilities
- Lead a team of up to 5 backend developers, fostering ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Work closely with the system architect to drive platform evolution and long-term technical decisions
- Actively contribute to development, architecture discussions, and code quality initiatives
- Define and plan technical work in collaboration with stakeholders and team members
- Promote engineering excellence: clean code, peer reviews, testing, observability, and CI/CD
- Provide mentoring, support, and guidance to team members
Your profile
- 5+ years of backend development experience with strong hands-on skills in Node.js and TypeScript
- Previous experience in leading or technically owning delivery within a development team
- Deep expertise in AWS, with focus on: Load Balancer (ALB/NLB) management, AWS WAF setup and operations, Security and scalability in cloud-native applications
- Production experience with MongoDB
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and complex backend integrations
- Proficiency with Git, Docker, and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
- Excellent communication skills in English – written and spoken – to work effectively in international teams
- Proactive, structured, and able to drive initiatives independently
Optional
- Interest in learning Go (Golang) and expanding backend technology skills
- Experience with event-driven systems (e.g., Kafka)
- Exposure to IoT or Smart Home platforms
- Familiarity with tools like Confluence, JIRA, React, or similar
