Do you thrive in a dynamic environment and are you looking for a diverse and young team to coach and develop?We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Team Leader to mentor and guide our international HR Administration team of 9, responsible for supporting Applied Medical’s team members in the Netherlands and in 16 other European countries throughout their employment journey. Your goal will be to ensure that payroll-related deadlines are met, team members act with accountability, and everyone is supported during high workloads and process changes.Our international Team Member Relations department is based at our European headquarters in Amersfoort (NL), where we develop, manufacture and distribute our innovative medical devices.
