Adoc Talent Management is recruiting a Team Leader Large Language Models Research (Code Generation/Test Code Generation) F/M for his client, a global leader in telecommunications and digital services. You will join the Research Center in France, a key innovation hub in Europe focused on 5G, AI, IoT, and cloud computing, collaborating with academic and industry partners to develop cutting-edge solutions.Your MissionWe are looking for a highly capable Team Leader with solid experience in machine learning, large language models, and code generation, particularly in test code generation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership abilities, strategic vision, and experience in mentoring research teams. You will guide the research direction, supervise team projects, and collaborate closely with other teams internationally.The preferred work location is France, but it could also be elsewhere in Europe or in Shanghai, China.In terms of responsibilities, you will :

• Lead and manage a research team specializing in large language models for code generation, with particular emphasis on test code generation.

• Develop and execute strategic research plans aimed at improving model capabilities in automated code generation and testing.

• Guide the team in implementing supervised fine-tuning and reinforcement learning methods.

• Oversee translation of cutting-edge research into practical, AI-driven code generation tools.

• Mentor and support team members’ research growth and professional development.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure research alignment with business objectives.

• Publish research results, pursue patent opportunities, and prepare detailed internal reports.

• Foster an innovative and collaborative research culture within the team.

Your Profile 🎯You hold a Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.You possess the following technical skills:

• Proven experience leading research teams in machine learning, large language models, and particularly code generation (with emphasis on test code generation).

• Strong theoretical foundation and practical expertise in machine learning, deep learning, supervised fine-tuning, and reinforcement learning.

• Hands-on experience with developing and applying large language models to real-world code generation tasks, particularly in automated test generation.

• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Prior experience with AI-driven code generation tools, especially in test code generation, is highly desirable.
