35 hours per week
Salary: £28080 per annum

Every day TCV works across the UK to create healthier and happier communities for everyone –
communities where our activities have a lasting impact on people’s health, prospects and
outdoor places.

About the role:

You will lead aspects of the TCV site management team for the South Yorkshire Community
Woodlands, with support from the Operations Leader. The sites are owned by the Land Trust in
the Doncaster, Rotherham and Barnsley areas in South Yorkshire.

You will have extensive and in depth knowledge of environmental conservation management tasks
and techniques as well as the aptitude to manage health and safety requirements with partners
and contractors.

The team leader is responsible for the management of four staff members as well as sessional
workers and will be responsible for recruitment, retention and performance management.

When it comes to working in the office, you’ll have financial management experience & be
confident with Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
