We are looking for a Tech Lead (PS Chat, Python, AWS, AI) for our client in the Pharma Industry. If you are nodding at this point, then you might be the new Tech Lead for PS Chat for our client in the pharma industry.The client continues to build and invest in in-house digital solutions, and the DigitalProducts are playing an instrumental role in partnering with the business to bring thesesolutions to life.As a Tech Lead, you will shape, develop, and drive the implementation of digital solutionsin Product Supply, ultimately addressing some of the biggest business opportunities our client has.You will join a cross-functional scrum team (Product Owner, UX/UI Designer, Frontend, Backend, AI developer and Scrum Master). The team delivers solutions to their Product Supply area, specializing in optimizing overall efficiency across the production sites in the organization. They do this using a tech stack consisting of AWS PaaS services, containerized Python backend, and a frontend web application using Vue.js and TypeScript.Location: Greater Copenhagen area, hybrid. QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• 10+ years of professional experience in software development and tech leadership
• Expert competence in Python and various database technologies (they use DynamoDB and S3)
• Experience with modern cloud environments, especially AWS
• Previous experience with complex RESTful API integrations, as well as a strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• Deep knowledge of domain-driven design patterns and coding best practices
• Familiarity with automated testing (unit, integration, end-to-end, etc.)
• Experience with continuous delivery and running services in production
• Experience with FastAPI, Pydantic, boto3, aws_cdk, and openai is a plus
• Knowledge of infrastructure tools like Fargate, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Cloudwatch, Cognito, Bedrock, and Azure OpenAI
• Understanding of RAG (retrieval augmented generation), Large Language Models, and Linear Algebra
• Working knowledge of state-of-the-art AI technologies and LLM algorithms is a plus
• Experience from the pharma industry – advantage
• Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away
• Professional level of English – both written and oral.

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Drive and build value-driving and innovative digital solutions from the ground up (greenfield software development) with a user-centric approach
• Proficiently manage technical and business stakeholder relationships
• Advise and drive decision making through effective communication
• Lead, guide, and mentor software developers on the team
• PS Chat leverages state-of-the-art AI technologies and large language models (LLMs) to provide a versatile, user-friendly, and secure platform for creating custom chatbot
• Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG): Enhance the chatbot’s ability to retrieve and generate relevant information
• Large Language Models (LLMs): Utilize models like GPT-4 for natural language understanding and generation
• OpenAI and Azure OpenAI: Integrate APIs from leading AI providers to enhance functionality
• Machine Learning Algorithms: Implement and optimize algorithms to improve performance
• AI Infrastructure: Use AWS services like Fargate, Lambda, and DynamoDB for scalable AI solutions
