Tech Lead – IT Data Management

Within the Ostrum CIO, you join the IT Data Management team as a Tech Lead.

The main tasks of the team are:

• The operational maintenance of the main EDMs (Enterprise Data Management Systems), Ostrum repositories and data warehouses, which serve the Ostrum businesses as well as customers of the Ostrum service platform;
• The framing, management and implementation of projects aimed at streamlining and/or functionally enriching the Ostrum Data platform.

On a daily basis, your missions are to:

• Define and share technical architecture targets to meet Ostrum’s business challenges and overall IT strategy, while controlling risks and costs for the team and more broadly within the Ostrum CIO;
• Develop and test new IT modules / solutions as well as the application of code quality principles, through the use of Sonar for example;
• Implement and promote DevOps solutions within the team and the management of infrastructure and technology obsolescence related to the Architecture team
• Provide level 2 or level 3 support on the Data IS, Level 1 support is operated by a dedicated Support team as well as monitoring, sharing IT security and Green IT concepts within the team;
• Identify shared functions and contribute to the factorization of the code (libraries, APIs etc.) ;
• Participate in regular exchange points with the team to monitor progress, obtain feedback and communicate status and clear progress points to management.
• Set up and update technical documentation under Confluence and assist in recruiting new developers.
