Join us and create the future.Career Level – IC1Responsibilities:What you will doYou will work in a team environment to provide functional and technical expertise to our clients

• Provide incident resolution and application maintenance
• Perform troubleshooting investigations in front- and backend applications
• Communicate effectively to clients and internal stakeholders
• Document notes, activities, resolutions, and other knowledge articles throughout the lifecycle of an investigation
• Prioritize work based on severity and urgency
• Travel up to 20%
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed
• Willing to work from the fabulous Barcelona office 3 days per week.

Required Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Healthcare or related field or equivalent relevant experience
• Fluent English skills
• Desired language skills: Spanish/Swedish/Portuguese/French/German
• Experience using SQL Queries
