Job Opportunity: Technical Business Analyst (Service Tiering)Contract: Immediate start to March 2025
Day Rate: Competitive (Inside IR35)
Location: Sheffield (Hybrid, 2 days per week in the office)Bridge Technology Partners is partnering with a growing organisation in Sheffield to recruit a Technical Business Analyst for a key IT initiative around “Service Tiering.”Key Responsibilities:You will support a structured analysis of IT services to align them with defined Service Tiers. This involves:Evaluating and mapping existing IT services against business needs.Defining and implementing industry best practices for service tiering.Collaborating with stakeholders to create a Service Catalogue and benchmark costs.Ensuring attributes like availability, support hours, and recovery objectives are consistently applied.What We’re Looking For:Proven experience in IT service analysis, design, and cost benchmarking.Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Familiarity with service tiering concepts and IT service management best practices.Ability to assess existing infrastructure, architecture, and roadmaps.DBS checks are required as part of the onboarding process.
