This key role focuses on the review, improvement, and development of long-term service agreements (LTSA), working closely with cross-functional teams and clients in a truly international environment.What we offer:

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting Sales Units and Key Account Managers to define optimal contract conditions for both Vestas and our customers.
• Collaborating with Legal and Service Sales teams to provide commercial guidance and tailored contractual solutions for each project.
• Managing internal alignment and escalation processes to secure necessary approvals from senior management.
• Enhancing continuous improvement in our service offerings and contract frameworks.

What we’re looking for:

• University degree in Engineering, Law, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of professional experience in LTSA contracts within the wind energy or industrial services sector.
• Comprehensive understanding of the service market, trends, and key organizations in the region.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Effective client focus and negotiation skills.
• A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively across departments.
