Technical Events Manager in Paris, France

To reinforce our team, we are looking to fill the following position at our Paris site as soon as possible:

Technical Event Manager (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility

• Comprehensive, autonomous planning and implementation of AV projects

• Creation and presentation of a project-related overall concept at our customers

• Direct contact to our Hotel and End-customers

• Compilation, management and monitoring of the project team as well as involvement of external service providers

• Monitoring the trades and ensuring quality standards

• Project-related budget responsibility including billing and cost controlling

• Close cooperation with the regional management and the sales managers

• Ensuring quality standards

Your profile

• Training as a specialist for event technology, event management or electrical engineering or in related professions, study courses or further education

• Many years of experience in project management

• Good business understanding

• Strong service mentality and communication skills

• Responsible work

• Experience in team leadership

• Flexibility in operation times

• MS Office knowledge and knowledge of common drawing programs (CAD, Vectorworks)

• Very good French and good English skills

• Representative appearance

• Valid driving license
