The company continuously develops its four sites in Budapest, Debrecen, Pécs and Szeged and is looking for skilled IT professionals to join its team.Job DescriptionWe in the are looking for a technical process specialist who will help us to coordinate all tasks belonging to the business documents needed by a quote and assure the quality of our system.Main job tasks:

• Requirements Gathering – Collect and document business requirements from stakeholders like PA’s, sales, finance, marketing, contract excellence andd legal. Analyse the consequences on the system, on the existing features.
• Stakeholder Management – Manage communication with stakeholders to understand their needs. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and ensure their needs are met.
• Solution Implementation – Work with the development team to ensure the solution meets business needs. Provide acceptance criteria and ensure the development team understands what needs to be built. You have to discuss our topics with product owner/manager for overarching planning and prepare stories or bug tickets.
• Process Improvement – Analyze business processes and suggests improvements (develop ideas, design and concepts to cleaning activities of the “outdated documents”. Continuously prioritize the product backlog to maximize product value (for the output documents and document generation). Maintain and update the product backlog.
• Documentation – Create detailed documentation of business requirements and processes incl. Communication of the outcome. Have a look at every document that was created by the Test team and check if everything was created correctly. Make sure that none of the functionality of the document generation and the documents themself are influenced by the SAP Release. We have a CPQ-Knowlege Base and a CPQ internal documentation belonging to our “Output Documentation Gerneration”. You will be responsible for managing navigation, documentation, training people and content creation on our Yam page.
• Communication – Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams.

Overarching:

• Language: (good) Business English and (excelent) German is needed
