About our client:Our client is a leading company that develops and markets breast image analysis and cutting edge machine learning applications and services. Their product improves breast cancer survival rates by detecting cancers earlier so that treatment can be more effective and less invasive.About the position:We are looking for a customer-minded and operationally strong Technical Product Manager to help drive the execution of the product strategy.This is a critical bridge role connecting business priorities with R&D execution to ensure the AI solutions are impactful, high-quality, and seamlessly integrate into modern clinical IT infrastructure. You´ll report to the Chief Product Officer and collaborate closely with cross-functional R&D teams (Software Engineers, AI Researchers, Data Scientists), as well as customers, clinical experts, and integration partners.Key responsibilities:

• Translate strategy into action: Turn product vision and priorities into actionable items for R&D, with focus in interoperability and systems integration.
• Own the product backlog: Define, refine, and prioritize backlog items based on user needs and interoperability requirements.
• Bridge product and R&D: Act as the operational link between product leadership and development teams.
• Clarify user and IT needs: Collaborate with domain experts and customers to ensure product requirements reflect clinical, operational, and technical realities, ensuring alignment with standards like DICOM, HL7, IHE, and FHIR.
• Support scalable product development: Bring structure and clarity to processes that enable efficient and compliant product delivery.

Job requirementsYou are a generalist at heart, proactive, structured, and energized by solving complex problems across domains. Taking initiative and driving outcomes, even without formal authority is something you do well. You thrive in cross-functional teams, naturally take the lead, and bring clarity in ambiguous situations. You bring:

• 5+ years experience working medical imaging workflows, including DICOM, HL7, FHIR and deployment of software products that interact with hospital IT networks.
• Experience working with cross-functional R&D teams (e.g. software, AI, data science, clinical) in the healthtech regulated medical environment (MDR, FDA) .
• Strong communication skills, able to bridge technical, clinical, and business perspectives.
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools like Jira.

Preferred qualifications:

• Demonstrated expertise in breast radiology workflows, including diagnostic flow, clinical practice, and imaging system integration.
• Experience as a product owner or technical product manager in the healthtech domain.
• Certification in Scrum/Agile (PSPO, PSM).
