• 8+ years of experience in technical program management and/or business analysis roles.

• Solid understanding of web technologies: Angular, TypeScript, Dart.

• Familiarity with backend stacks: Java, Kotlin, and internal frameworks.

• Experience in designing, consuming, and enhancing RESTful APIs.

• Strong background in Agile delivery, sprint planning, and backlog management.

• Hands-on experience with bug triaging, RCA processes, and tech debt prioritization.

• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

• Communicative English (min B2 level).

Through the readily set up, comprehensive, and self-governing teams, we let our Clients focus on their business while we make sure that their software products and data tools scale up accordingly and with outstanding quality.We are looking for experienced team players to fill the Technical Program Manager – Business Analyst position and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the IT industry. ,[Gather, document, and validate functional and technical requirements from stakeholders., Translate business needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for both frontend and backend modules., Define and document API enhancement needs for extending system capabilities and integrations., Understand and support the implementation of modern web frameworks (Angular, TypeScript, Dart) and backend technologies (Java, Kotlin)., Prioritize and track resolution of technical debt backlog to enhance system performance and maintainability., Oversee root cause analysis and long-term bug fixes to improve code quality and platform stability., Collaborate with QA and development teams to ensure test plans are aligned with requirements., Support test strategy and coverage using company’s internal testing infrastructure to drive high reliability., Maintain up-to-date documentation on features, APIs, workflows, and system architecture., Provide onboarding materials, API usage guidance, and technical support training to stakeholders and engineering teams.] Requirements: Business analysis, Project management, Security Additionally: Sport subscription, Private healthcare.
