Job Type: Full TimeJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion. You will be responsible for project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Monitor project progress, track key performance metrics, and ensure milestones are met.
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and implement contingency strategies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

Stakeholder & Team Management

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, product development, operations, and marketing.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings, provide project updates, and manage expectations.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

Process Improvement & Reporting

  • Continuously evaluate project processes and implement best practices for efficiency.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to assess successes, challenges, and lessons learned.
  • Prepare and present project reports, risk assessments, and performance insights to leadership.
  • Leverage project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana for tracking and reporting.

Qualifications & SkillsRequired:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-7 years of experience in project management (industry-specific experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana).

Preferred:

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
  • Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., healthcare, finance, manufacturing).
  • Knowledge of risk management and process improvement methodologies
