You will be in charge of the technical aspects of those 10+ million EUR projects from the preliminary phase to the final delivery of the projects.

• You will represent the client concerning all the technical aspects of the projects
• Your responsibilities will stretch from the preliminary phase to the planning, budget and quality of the projects
• You will support the technical department if needed.
• You will coordinate the building application of the real-estate projects

• 5+ years of experience
• Fluent in dutch OR french
