• Educated to a Degree level, preference for Master’s or PhD in Physics, Engineering, Optics, or Laser Technology
• Experience in business development, technical sales, or key account management would be advantageous but not essential
• Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills
• A proactive and strategic mindset with the ability to identify new markets
• Willingness to travel extensively across the UK and Europe
