The Opportunity:Our Technical Service Organisation has currently an open position for a Technical Service Engineer to join our team. We are looking for a motivated person with gained experience, focusing on technical, maintenance, calibrate, validate and repairing our sold portfolio laboratory instruments. The geographical area of ​​competence is the whole national territory.Are you ready to take your technical expertise to the next level? As a Technical Service Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our instruments are installed, repaired, calibrated, and validated both in-house and at customer sites. You’ll be the go-to person for processing customer requests, resolving technical issues, and handling general inquiries. Your ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, customers, and sales representatives will drive sales growth and customer satisfaction. This is your chance to make a significant impact and assist the sales team in identifying ‘solution selling’ opportunities.What We Are Looking ForWe seek a dynamic individual with a High Technical/Professional School Qualification and over 5 years of experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. A degree-level education is advantageous. You should demonstrate proficiency in utilizing technology platforms, including CRM tools. Your deep technical and electronic knowledge, understanding of our products, promotions, services, and solution offerings, and familiarity with our operational processes, procedures, and policies are essential. Strong verbal, written, and Microsoft Office skills are a must. Fluency in Italian and English is required, with additional languages being a plus. You should be able to work effectively in a matrix organization and possess outstanding interpersonal skills to interact comfortably with various client and supplier types.How You Will Thrive and Make an ImpactIn this role, you will:
