We are collaborative, passionate, and 100% driven towards customer satisfaction… And we will be better with you.We are looking for a Technical Service Manager Make-Up and Hair coloration who will also be leading team of Application technologists.This job will report to the Sales Director EMEA and is based out of in our offices in Saint-Ouen l’Aumone, France. It requires intense travelling (on average 60%) to support our Sales Account Managers.What you’ll do:

• In synergy with our sales and technical teams, you will help to generate new sales by identifying new project opportunities and defining technical client solutions
• You use your in-depth technical knowledge to promote our products to customers in collaboration with the sales representative
• You are our voice at the customers in order to resolve technical issues and guide customers on the right choice of product
• You coordinate the activities of the application lab team in Make-up and Hair coloration, ensuring:

• development of formula needed to promote our NPD’s
• new formula development to meet new trends, Sensient planned special events, sales kits
• customer and technical event preparation
• You keep yourself up-to-date on new technologies, regulations and competitive environments

You will bring:

• Academic degree in chemistry science
• Proven, in-depth experience in applied technology, technical sales or laboratory experience (15 years minimum)
• Face to face interaction with customers is preferred
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, verbal and written skills
• A strong solution-oriented mindset, completed by strong prioritization skills
