• Design and deliver robust technical solutions aligned with business needs and architectural standards
• Lead end-to-end development efforts, ensuring quality, scalability, and performance
• Translate functional specifications into detailed technical designs and operational processes
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and quality standards throughout delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive solution integration and user experience
• Provide expert technical guidance and influence stakeholders across business and IT
• Take ownership of project execution, ensuring timely and effective solution delivery

Role Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
• Over 12 years of experience designing and delivering complex, cross-functional technical solutions
• Strong background in programming and solution architecture across diverse technologies
• Proven ability to integrate or implement commercial off-the-shelf software products
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior IT and business stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Self-driven and capable of working independently in a matrixed, multicultural environment
• Experience in regulated industries, ideally pharmaceuticals, including computer system validation.

Desirable Requirements:

• Experience working in Agile Scrum teams and delivering in iterative development cycles
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry standards and digital transformation initiatives
