Stiamo cercando un/a laureato/a in Ingegneria Elettrica o Elettronica, oppure un/a diplomato/a come Perito Elettrico/Elettronico, interessato/a a sviluppare competenze nel settore degli Impianti Elettrici e delle soluzioni Smart di Bassa Tensione.Obiettivo della posizione: fornire supporto tecnico ai clienti e alla rete commerciale sull’utilizzo e sull’applicazione delle soluzioni aziendali.Principali responsabilità:

• Offrire assistenza tecnica ai clienti Schneider utilizzando gli strumenti aziendali, seguendo le procedure interne.
• Partecipare a percorsi di formazione continua per sviluppare le proprie competenze in ambito media tensione ed evoluzioni dei prodotti Schneider.
• Collaborare con altri team aziendali nella gestione di problematiche tecniche e nel miglioramento dei prodotti.
• Supportare la creazione e l’erogazione di attività formative rivolte a clienti e partner.
• Contribuire alla documentazione tecnica e alle attività di knowledge sharing interne..

Competenze richieste:

• Conoscenza di base degli impianti elettrici e dei principali componenti elettrici.
• Interesse per i sistemi digitali e per i protocolli di comunicazione industriale.
• Attitudine al problem solving e capacità di organizzare il proprio lavoro in autonomia.
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (lettura e comprensione tecnica).
