Professional is part of LeasingTeam Group – Poland”s largest group of exclusively Polish-owned personnel consultancy companies that for the past 21 years has been effectively linking candidates with employers and providing them with a comprehensive range of HR services.For one of our Clients – a global company specializing in providing outsourced customer support, technical assistance, and digital solutions for businesses across various industries – we are currently looking for:Customer Service Specialist with EstonianJob description:Providing technical phone support for users of RTV and household appliances (e.g. refrigerators, washing machines, TVs)Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical problemsOffering information about product functionalitiesEntering service requests into the systemExpectations:Fluency in Estonian (C1)Good command of English (B1/B2)Basic knowledge of how household/RTV equipment worksFriendly attitude, strong communication skills, willingness to learnAbility to type quickly and efficientlyAvailability for at least 120 hours per monthOffer:Work from the office – Warsaw Mokotów, possibility of remote working after the trial periodWorking hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Monday to Friday)Employment based on a contract of mandateEmployee trainingSalary: 53 PLN per hour
