We are looking for a Technical Trainer to develop and deliver different type of training events for our employees.In this role you will facilitate training sessions that will help our technical helpdesk agents and consultant to enhance their knowledge in the technical field.

The Role

In this role you will Organize and execute internal and external technical trainings for MSXi personnel and in case of request for Client’s employee in line with the SLA. Also, you will develop, translate, proof-read and create training materials in line with internal policy, Client’s standards and valid training concept.

About you

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with great communication and training skills. Our Technical trainer will have at least 2 years automotive technical and/or dealer/retailer/workshop experience and Capability of working with IT tools.

As part of the role, the Technical Trainer will:

• Customize the provided training materials to the team’s needs
• Support the internal training development in our learning management system
• Develop and implement training efficiency and knowledge level evaluation methods
• Provide flexible, efficient and punctual service to the customer in line with SLA
• Provide flexible, efficient and punctual service to the MSX platforms and projects in line with training needs and demands
• Participate in TtT events and other training programs arranged and provided by either the customer or MSX
• Ensure availability, productivity and performance
• Meet qualitative and quantitative objectives and targets specified by the projects

In your first 90-days you will:

About you

• Degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience as below)
• Preferably have at least 2 years automotive technical and/or dealer/retailer/workshop experience or at least 2 years Aftersales automotive NSC experience
• 4-5 years of trainer experience in the automotive industry (especially in the field of aftersales – technical, warranty, product related topics)
• Comfortable using MS Office tools
• Fluent English and Hungarian languages
• Passion for teaching individuals and groups
• Ability to concentrate under stress/pressure
• Demonstrated presentation skills both in offline and online platforms
