TECHNICIEN DE MAINTENANCE

Mission

Guarantees the proper operation of the equipment necessary for the execution of jobs while ensuring its proper use.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensures the preventive maintenance of the equipment: participates in the organization of maintenance, prioritizes interventions, prepares the equipment for regulatory controls, ensures the proper traceability of interventions, ensures new machines are prepared for operation following protocols and procedures, etc.

• Is in charge of monitoring and troubleshooting equipment: Inspects machines, diagnoses breakdowns, prioritizes troubleshooting and interventions, assesses downtime, performs repair work, etc.

• Identifies parts requirements and completes purchase requisitions in accordance with administrative procedures

• Manages the monitoring of the activity: produces intervention and equipment inspection reports, planning and records the tasks carried out within the deadlines

• Advises operational staff in the field: ensures the correct use of machinery, identifies and corrects bad practices

• Guarantees compliance with the QHSE approach: guarantees the application of safety, quality and environmental rules, identifies, alerts and acts if necessary concerning risky attitudes in the field or in the workshop

• If management: organizes tasks, participates in training and follow-up, ensures team cohesion, etc.

Profile

• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience

• Self-taught with experience in a Technical sector
