Nous recherchons pour notre siège social (fonctions support), un(e) technicien(ne) informatique.

Rattaché(e) au Directeur Informatique France, vous êtes le/la garant(e) du bon fonctionnement informatique du site.

Missions :

• Fournir le support Niveau 1 & 2 dans le temps (SLA) Assistance + Gestion des tickets d’incidents + gestion de tâches (ITSM) + reporting sur activité support

• Assurer d’excellentes compétences en matière de service à la clientèle (compétences relationnelles)

• Prendre en charge les serveurs locaux, les PC, les téléphones cellulaires, l’activité « PC Refresh »

• Prévenir/surveiller les risques commerciaux liés à l’infrastructure : assurer une approche d’amélioration continue en analysant les paramètres des tickets et des performances et en atténuant les risques avec un plan d’actions spécifiques

• Participer aux projets d’infrastructure (Globaux ou Locaux)

• Gérer les contrats informatiques et optimiser les coûts : Gérer la maintenance de l’infrastructure, les licences et les contrats.

• Suivre les procédures et la politique d’infrastructure Allegion et toutes les exigences de l’équipe sécurité

• Prendre en charge les déploiements réguliers de correctifs pc et serveur

• Gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs

Profil :

• Bac+2 SIO avec 2 années d’expérience (alternance comprise)

• L’anglais nécessaire

• Eventuellement des déplacements ponctuels en cas de pic d’activité sur un site

• Maitrise des environnements Windows

• Office 365

• Active Directory

• Imprimantes

• Gestion des droits

• Gestion de parc

• Lan / Wlan

• Expérience positive du support utilisateurs
