An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated Business Management graduate to work on an innovative project collaboration with a Burgess Hill based business, Consort Frozen Foods, and the University of Brighton.
This 25-month fixed term contract position aims to integrate advanced management knowledge and cutting-edge tools, particularly in the realm of technology and AI, for a thorough analysis of business performance in a West Sussex-based SME. This role will require you to break new ground within the business, bringing about change whilst build and enhancing its existing culture of innovation.

Established in 1987, Consort’s headquarters are based in Burgess Hill, with depots in Leeds, London, and Ashford. They have delivered to over 10,000 national and local businesses. Consorts’ business model is purchasing from the product manufacturer and distributing to convenience stores and leisure/hospitality customers. Consort have high service levels; they have achieved an AA Grade for the frozen storage & distribution of branded pre-packed Ice Cream and Frozen Food (as per British Retail Consortium Global Standards for Storage and Distribution). 99% of their ice cream deliveries are completed next day.
