Then we would like to talk to you!As a Technology Recruiter, you will assist Hiring Managers in filling open positions by offering expert guidance and ensuring quality throughout the recruitment process. You will be responsible for creating and delivering excellent recruitment services and following the established service agreements. This role requires to use recruitment technology tools and manage end-to-end processes. You’ll engage directly with the client where you will give expert advice and manage their expectations at every stage of the hiring process.Key AccountabilitiesWhat you’ll be doing:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes from candidate review to offer, for Tech and IT positions, including active sourcing
• Facilitating the interview, selection and offer process
• Building and strengthening relationships with Hiring Managers through excellent planning and delivery
• Advising Hiring Managers on the effective recruitment strategies
• Ensuring great candidate and Hiring Manager’s experience
• Producing timely and accurate management information, keeping system updated
• Delivering results against client SLAs, KPIs and team objective

Skills & ExperienceYou’ll need to demonstrate:

• Experience in managing end-to-end recruitments within the Tech industry
• Experience in working directly with Hiring Managers
• Expertise in various Candidate sourcing strategies (e.g. direct search, Boolean search, web sourcing, networking, advertising and database searching)
• Business fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates, client and teammates
• Strong customer focus and the ability to manage senior stakeholders
• An analytical mind, attention to detail and holistic approach to recruitment
• Experience in conducting Competency Based Interviews is nice to have
