Our client, an international medical device and pharmaceutical organization, offers a unique opportunity for a Tender & Contract Specialist to join the Benelux team. They have a small office in Belgium so you will know all your colleagues personally and feel less like a number. You will have more contact and connections with other offices and this international aspect will make it more interesting.

Responsibilities:

– Coordinate and manage tender submissions involving sales, marketing, regulatory, and technical teams.

– Drive competitive and comprehensive tender proposals to secure impactful deals.

– Ensure compliance with procurement laws and stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements:

– First years of experience with tenders and/or contracts

– Ideally experience in a medical device or pharmaceutical company.

– Fluency in Dutch, French and English is a hard requirement.
