Analyze complex RFQs (Request For Quotation), and lead the tender preparation process to prepare accurate costing using established process and tools.

• Manage the entire bid process, including the development of technical and commercial offers, and oversee the internal approval process;
• Coordinate internal communication and follow-ups to ensure that all offers are complete on schedule;
• Maintain reliable and efficient communication with key stakeholders, and escalate issues when necessary;
• Engage in discussions with clients to explain Schneider Electric solutions, gather detailed requirements and develop competitive and client-satisfying architectures;
• Present the added value of offers, from both technical and economic perspectives to customers;
• Build and maintain strong customer relationship from tendering perspective, working closely with the sales team.

What qualifications will make you successful?

• University Degree in an Engineering discipline, ideally in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Demonstrate a clear customer-oriented vision
• Offer and Application knowledge
• Ability to work effectively in a group setting, team oriented and results driven
• Results oriented, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Influence and convince skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Project risk assessment expertise
• Finance Literacy
• Fluent English (written and oral) is mandatory
