We are looking for somebody to join our Tender Responses Team. You will be working mainly on
Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure (EVCI) tenders but also solar photovoltaic and energy
storage tenders.
The key requirements of a Tender Response Manager are:
-
Good at answering exams
This post would suit someone who was exceptionally good at, and even enjoyed, answering exam
questions! A good tender response answers the questions a client asks; it doesn’t simply cut
and paste a marketing brochure.
-
An understanding of technology headlines
You do not need to know the detail of a particular technology, just how it can benefit our
clients.
-
Good organisational and administrative skills
You will need to document every action you take in our customer relationship management system
and be extremely clear with your colleagues about how you got from A to B with any particular
tender response.
-
Concern about the climate crisis
Last but definitely not least, we want you to work for us because you care about the
environment and because you want to make a difference, not just because you need a job.
The successful candidate would have the opportunity to progress into account management or
business development in due course.
We expect you to be mostly working from home but if you live near our Oxford or Sheffield
offices, then you would be welcome to use them.
Applications from women and BAME candidates are particularly welcome.
Please send a short letter of motivation and a CV to Alexis Rowell, Business Development
Manager, Joju Ltd via [email protected].
