Job Description:The TM will be supporting the development of the Ormco business activities in the Netherlands central area, exploring sales growth opportunities and sales development to our distribution partners as well as cultivating relationships. The TM will develop leads from our distribution channels by creatively finding ways to penetrate the market and generate additional leads (through e.g. tenders). Besides, as a Territory Manager you are highly involved in training your peers and customers.Main tasks include:Visit assigned customers on a regular basis to promote products, relate new product information and receive feedback on the company’s products and servicesResponsible for creating long lasting relationships and realization of revenue growth with tender regions, DMU’s and affiliated orthodontic specialistsMeet monthly, quarterly, an annual sales quotaVisit potential customers to qualify them as sales prospects for the corporationUnderstand and support the corporation’s sales policies and procedures to provide proper and effective treatment to all the corporation’s customersRelate new product ideas and product extensions to marketing management for evaluationFollow corporate policies regarding customer entertainment and customer relationsReview and report complaints received from customers and recommend corrective action to the Region Sales ManagerCollect and report competitive information to Marketing ManagementPrepare periodic reports including:weekly call reportsweekly expense reportsperiodic general reportsother reports as assignedJob Requirements:The TM has a strategic view on business development and is proactively involved in training its peers and its customers.Has demonstrated ability to relate well with people and work in an unstructured work environment.Has experience to operate in an international environment.Is fluent in English and has fluent Dutch language communication skills, additional language is an asset.Has previous experience within dental/medical devices, life sciences or pharmaceutical industry (preferred).Has Excellent computer skills (in Excel and CRM).#LI-EU#LI-Remote#IND123Operating Company: OrmcoOrmco is a global leader and innovator of high-quality orthodontic products and solutions, including brackets and wires.
