Territory Sales Manager – Capital Medical Equipment
Greater Stockholm Region | Complex Sales | High-Impact MedTech

Are you a driven commercial professional with a strong track record in capital equipment sales? We are currently representing a leading international MedTech company that is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to cover the Greater Stockholm region, managing high-value deals and building long-term partnerships in the healthcare sector.

What You’ll Do
As Territory Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle – from identifying opportunities and handling tenders to negotiating and closing deals – for innovative medical capital equipment. You’ll work closely with clinical stakeholders, hospital procurement teams, and senior decision-makers to deliver tailored, value-based solutions.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in capital equipment sales, ideally within the medical technology or healthcare sector

Strong background in tender management and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes
*

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at all levels, from clinical end users to C-suite
*

Fluent in Swedish and English
*

Self-motivated, strategic, and results-oriented
