This is a Test Manager role to join the Technology team of a global insurance business.In this key role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders, project managers, developers, and test teams to ensure all software applications meet business needs and are deployed successfully. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.As a Test Manager, you’ll lead a multi-location test team, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensuring all test plans, scripts, and cases align with business requirements. You’ll act as the bridge between business users and project teams, managing test execution, resolving defects, and ensuring successful delivery. Your attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to work collaboratively will be crucial to achieving excellence.What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in UAT coordination or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Microsoft DevOps or equivalent tools is a plus.
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is highly desirable.

This isn’t a hands on Testing role, but more management and delivery of the Testing responsibilities. You don’t necessarily need to come from a Testing background, but you will need to understand the Testing lifecycle to a high standard.
