Test Manager – (€70k-€80k)Dublin, Ireland – HybridRequired Skills:Demonstrated experience in test management or a similar leadership role within software testing.In-depth knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.Experience in both manual and automated testing environments.Proficiency in test management software (e.g., Quality Centre, JIRA, TestRail).Excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage tasks and responsibilities in a hybrid work environment, both remotely and on-site.Key Responsibilities & Duties:Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans to ensure software application quality and functionality.Lead, mentor, and manage a team of test engineers, including setting objectives, conducting performance reviews, and facilitating professional development.Coordinate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure testing aligns with software development phases and business objectives.Oversee the creation, maintenance, and execution of both manual and automated test cases.Monitor testing processes and provide detailed reports on test progress, results, and issues.Manage the testing environment and ensure the availability of test data and resources.Drive continuous improvement in testing practices by implementing the latest testing tools and methodologies.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Handle risk management and mitigation during the testing phase.Desirable Skills:Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.Knowledge of performance and/or security testing.Certifications such as ISTQB Advanced Test Manager or similar.Background in software development or project management.This role offers a challenging and dynamic work environment where you can lead a team dedicated to quality and precision in one of Dublin’s vibrant tech communities.Our client cannot provide sponsorship for this role unfortunately.If you are interested in this position, then please hit ‘Apply’ below or contact Samuel in Reperio Human Capital for more information.
