Then we encourage you to keep reading as we are opening a position as Test System Engineer in our Customer Complaint Laboratory in Final Product Development (FPDEV).Your new roleAs Test System Engineer in our Laboratories, you will have various tasks and responsibilities.The main ones will be:

• Maintenance of systems and equipment in the Customer Complaint Laboratory.
• Purchase of new equipment in compliance with standards and Novo Nordisk’s Quality Management System procedures.
• Play a key role in the qualification of new systems and equipment in the laboratory.
• Take part of the specification of equipment, test methods and data handling.
• Training of test personnel and regular process confirmation.

You will also handle change-requests and non-conformities covering the full range of Novo Nordisk’s medical device and combination products. Another important part of the job is to ensure compliance in the laboratory, so that we at all times live up to the requirements from the authorities, including preparation and implementation of necessary standards, standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and ensuring that we follow the SOP’s covering our functional area and train adequately.The position gives you a great opportunity to develop your skills in close cooperation with external test and equipment suppliers as well as a broad range of internal stakeholders, including colleagues in the department, other global Novo Nordisk sites, other test departments in R&D, Quality Assurance (QA) and projects owners in FPDEV.Your new departmentIn CMC & Product Supply, we cover the full value chain from drug and device development to marketed Novo Nordisk products. We are more than 30,000 colleagues across the globe with the shared responsibility of scaling molecules, processes, devices, and products, dedicated to supplying life-saving medicines to the patients who need them most.Final Product Development (FPDEV), situated in Hillerød, is an organisation with more than 700 engaged employees. We collaborate with Device R&D to create robust devices. We develop simple & robust processes to ensure high quality, low cost and short lead time. We continuously improve products and processes in collaboration with our stakeholders worldwide. The position is a part of the Customer Complaint Investigations team in Hillerød and is anchored in the Product Maintenance & Testing department. You will have 12 new team colleagues, cooperate with Laboratory Technicians, Engineers and Specialists, who are dedicated to deliver test documentation that, ensure the authorities’ approvals of assembled Devices.Your skills & qualificationsWe’re looking for a new Test System Engineer who will enjoy working in a high-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll bring:

• A Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering or similar.

• Ideally, you have gained experience with designing and executing tests, as well as writing and reviewing scientific documents with high technical complexity. Alternatively, you bring background/knowledge within technical equipment support, validation etc.
• You are familiar with GMP and Lean tools.
• Have written and spoken proficiency in English.

Furthermore, it will be an advantage if you are familiar with equipment validation and operating/maintaining of IT systems.On a personal level, you demonstrate solid interpersonal and communication skills.
